3747275 - "Keep Working" button in Session Timeout pop-up window can't refresh other SF pages after 1H2026 release - SAP SuccessFactors HCM Core

• With multiple SuccessFactors pages open in the same browser, when the session timeout pop-up appears in each tab, clicking the "Keep Working" button in one tab only extends the session for that tab.
• Other tabs continue to display the session timeout pop-up and subsequently expire even after "Keep Working" was clicked in another tab.
• Previously, clicking "Keep Working" in one tab refreshed/extended the session across other tabs.

1. Login to B2605 Preview instance and open multiple page such as people profile, reporting or admin center

2.Don't perform any action for 20 mins and there is session timeout popup window in each page.

3. Go to one page and click "Keep Working" button, then session will be extended in this page.

4.However, the "Keep Working" button won't refresh this session in other page where it would expire.

Our Engineering team has found the root cause that after a previous change, the Session Timeout shared value was no longer being stored.

There is a patch to plan in May 26th for Preview and in May 28th for Production with M2605p2.

Please check if the issue is resolved after the patch.
