Symptom
- Below error occurs when deploying the Object Store Space:
The space "<Space name>" couldn’t be deployed. Error: Instance <Instance ID> creation resulted in failed status Correlation ID: xxxxx - Below error occurs when deleting the Object Store Space:
The space couldn’t be deleted.

Correlation ID: null
HTTP Status: 502 error
Error Code: Technical Message: 502 Bad Gateway: Registered endpoint failed to handle the request.

Reproducing the Issue
- Create and deploy a new space which "Storage Type" is "SAP HANA Data Lake Files" in Space Management.
- Delete a space which "Storage Type" is "SAP HANA Data Lake Files" in Space Management.
Cause
There is a limited number of SAP BTP global account quota for SAP HANA Data Lake Files Store instances per region. When the quota is exhausted, the errors will occur when deploying or deleting the sapce.
Resolution
Open a case with the details of the error and provide a support use as KBA 2891554 - How to create a Support User in SAP Datasphere
SAP Support will confirm whether the error is caused by that SAP BTP global account quota is exhausted. If yes, the relevant team will consider to increase the quota. Normally, It will take some days because of the preparations by infrastructure teams, SAP Support will inform you when it is completed.
