3747351 - WORK_CMDTAB: Extended runtime and connection timeout when submitting or posting leave requests

• When submitting a leave request from the Fiori app, Web Dynpro ABAP, or using the transaction code PTARQ, the runtime is very long, and users sometimes experience a connection timeout or even system dumps when posting leave requests with the reports RPTARQPOST or RXPTARQPOST.
• When attempting to open and submit a leave application, experiencing significant loading times
• Experiencing delays with the loading of leave applications in the portal 
• Long runtime when posting leave request
• ESS Leave Request is not loading or blank
