3747364 - Job information and Personal Information cards show no data when user only has view current permission - 1H2026

Symptom

When User A only has view current permission to User B's job information and User B has future dated records, the job information card will show No Data on the Latest People Profile. The same is true with personal information.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central 1H 2026

Reproducing the Issue

  1. User A only has view current permission to User B's job information, for example Job information actions and other fields.
  2. User B has future dated records.
  3. When User A access User B's job information, the job information card will show No Data on the Latest People Profile.
  4. But data is shown on the legacy people profile.
  5. The same is true with personal information.

Cause

This is a Known Issue.

Resolution

The issue is fixed on 12th May 2026 in preview instance. You should not face any issue in production instance
