Symptom

Transfer job relationship option is not displayed on termination UI of the latest people profile.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central 1H 2026

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Take actions->termination->choose termination date.
  2. Transfer job relationships option is not showing on termination screen of the latest people profile.

Resolution

The issue will be fixed via patch PTCH-49881 (1H2026p4) which is scheduled on 12th May 2026.

Workaround: 

To make transfer job relationships option visible again, please set Reassign Direct Reports According to Position Hierarchy on Termination Screen and Internal Hire Screen to Yes- Option in Position Management Settings. 

Note that this will also make transfer direct report option visible.
