3747424 - After updating CI-DS agent tasks fail with <libsapnwrfc.so> not found– SAP Cloud Integration for data services

Symptom

  • After upgrading the CI-DS Agent to 1.0.11.6370 (2603 version), tasks fail to start due to RFC library load failure:
    "SAP RFC shared library <%LINK_DIR%/bin/libsapnwrfc.so> not found. Please make sure the product is installed correctly.”
  • Error id 150508
  • The file <%LINK_DIR%/bin/libsapnwrfc.so> exists, but the system still reports it as not found.
