Symptom

Add/Edit button missing from the Personal info card on latest people profile when no data displayed.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central 

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open the Latest People profile for a user.
  2. Navigate to the Personal Info card.
  3. Delete existing personal information data.
  4. Observe that the Add/Edit button is not displayed only history button is on the card.

Cause

This is a Known Issue.

Resolution

Engineering have confirmed that this defect will be resolved via the scheduled patch on May 14th, 2026 in all environments.

Workaround

You can click on history icon and create via Edit mode.
