• Fiori variants are not functioning as expected.
• A default variant is expected to be applied automatically on app launch unless a user creates a private variant.
• Variants can be declared as public, but setting them as default does not apply automatically to other users.
• Users must manually mark the variant as a favorite or set their personal default to use it.
• The behavior occurs without any error message.
• User expect the public default variant to automatically apply for all users unless a user has created a private variant.
