1. Search for the business catalog SAP_FIN_BC_CR_DCD_PC or the successor app Manage Documented Credit Decisions (F5587A) in the launchpad content or app finder.
2. Observe that the catalog and app are not available for assignment or use.

The availability of the Manage Documented Credit Decisions (F5587A) app and business catalog SAP_FIN_BC_CR_DCD_PC is controlled by a feature toggle 'Rebuild of documented credit decision (FIN_FSCM_REBUILD_DCD)' the toggle is not activated, so the catalog is not visible.

1. Activate the feature toggle and follow the mandatory steps described in the official procedure: Procedure to enable Manage Documented Credit Decisions.
2. Complete the step 11 in the Procedure to enable the Manage Documented Credit Decisions (F5587A) app with business catalog SAP_FIN_BC_CR_DCD_PC.
3. After the feature toggle is activated, check that the catalog SAP_FIN_BC_CR_DCD_PC is available and that the app can be accessed.
