3747593 - Compensation Information error on Mobile: "There's no data yet" - Employee Central

Compensation Information section displays "There's no data yet. When there is, you'll see it here" in Mobile App while the Web Version shows all data as expected.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. On Mobile App, open an employee profile;
2. Navigate to Compensation Information and observe the message "There's no data yet. When there is, you'll see it here.";
3. In the Browser, open the same employee profile.
4. Navigate to Compensation Information and observe that data is displayed.

Known issue.

1. Update the SuccessFactors Mobile App to the new version available for iOS and Android on May 18, 2026 (or any later version);
2. After updating, open the Compensation Information section in the Mobile App and verify the data is displayed as expected.
