3747613 - Unable to add ias administrator in SAP for Me: submit disabled with empty field.

• Unable to add an administrator to the IAS tenant while following the steps from Note 3446655.
• At the final step, an additional empty field appears next to the email field and the Submit button remains disabled.
• The current primary administrator has left the company and remaining super administrators cannot complete the process.
