3747650 - Certificate attribute in Talent Intelligence Hub not syncing to Learning

• A newly created certificate attribute in Talent Intelligence Hub (TIH) is active but not found in Learning > Learning Activities > Attributes.
• The Attributes Synchronization job is running without recent errors.
• Question raised whether certificate attributes can sync to Learning.

SuccessFactors Learning

1. In Talent Intelligence Hub, open the Certificates tab and create/verify an active certificate attribute.
2. In Learning Administration, go to Learning Activities > Attributes and search for the created certificate.
3. Observe that the certificate attribute is not found in Learning.

The CERTIFICATE attribute type is not associated with a Rating Scale (Proficiency Set) in Talent Intelligence Hub. A Rating Scale association is mandatory for attribute synchronization to Learning; therefore, attributes of type CERTIFICATE are excluded from sync.

1. This is expected behavior: attributes of type CERTIFICATE are excluded from synchronization because the type is not associated with a Rating Scale (Proficiency Set) in TIH.
2. To synchronize attributes to Learning, ensure the attribute type you use is associated with a Rating Scale (Proficiency Set) in TIH.
