3747687 - import personalization content popup not shown again after switching back to spaces & pages (one-time import behavior)

Symptom

  • After the initial import from classic layout (Groups) to Spaces & Pages, enabling “Use Spaces” again does not show the “Import Personalization Content” popup.
  • User switched back to classic layout (Groups), added/removed favorite tiles, then enabled “Use Spaces” again.
  • Expected: System should show the “Import Personalization Content” popup again to import updated favorites.
  • Actual: The import popup does not appear; user cannot re-import updated favorites.
  • Actions tried: Browser cache cleared, tested in incognito mode, personalization reset via /UI2/DELETE_USER_PERSONALIZATION and /UI2/FLP_DEL_PERS; import popup still not offered.
