3747698 - Error occurrs when opening the app Manage Input VAT Declaration - China

When attempting to open the app Manage Input VAT Declaration - China. The following error message is displayed: "You could not open this app because you do not have the Document and Reporting Compliance license for China.".

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.

1. Search for and open the app Manage Input VAT Declaration - China.
2. The following error message is displayed: "You could not open this app because you do not have the Document and Reporting Compliance license for China.".

Document and Reporting Compliance features were not activated for the relevant country/region in configuration activity "Activate Document and Reporting Compliance Features" (ID: 105518).

1. Verify that scope item 1J2 is activated in the system.
2. Open configuration activity "Activate Document and Reporting Compliance Features" (ID: 105518).
3. Choose "New Entries".
4. Select the "All Countries/Regions" checkbox to enable all, or select the specific country/region key that requires activation.
5. Save the configuration and retest opening the app Manage Input VAT Declaration - China.
