Symptom

  • AIF interface errors occur when integrating material master changes between S/4HANA and ATTP.
  • The field SERNO_MANAGED is inconsistent between systems (S/4HANA MARA-SERNO blank while ATTP /SAPTC/TAMAT-SERNO_MANAGED is flagged).
  • The serialization field becomes read-only in S/4HANA after ATTP integration.
  • Inbound material master updates fail.
  • Error message: "Attribute SERNO_MANAGED cannot be updated for xxx GTIN"
