Receiving; "Upload failed due to an API error" when attaching a document in the comments section for a model in the Collaboration Hub

SAP Signavio Collaboration Hub

1. Open a model in Collaboration Hub and go to the comment section to add an attachment.
2. Start the upload and observe that the upload fails with an API error (for example: "Upload failed due to an API error").

The file storage service enforces rules that block certain characters in file names; files with such names are rejected during upload.

1. Rename the file to remove unsupported/special characters from the file name.
2. Retry the upload in Collaboration Hub after renaming the file.
