3747733 - Data Product creation error with 422 and 'corrupted file uploaded' message in SAP Datasphere

Two symptoms are identified:

A.) Data Product Profile / Data Product creation error: 

Corrupted file uploaded

The following technical information can help SAP support engineers to resolve this incident:

Correlation ID: undefined

Error Code: 422

Error Text: Multiple errors occurred. Please see the details for more information.

Additionally, deleting a data provider profile or deleting/creating a data product may fail.

B.) Listing Data Product

Error:

Failed to list "xyz". Your data product was reverted to "Listed".

The following technical information can help SAP support engineers to resolve this incident: Correlation ID: xyz Error Code: Deploy Error Text: Operation failed. 

SAP Datasphere

Start creation of a data profile or data product; submission returns error code 422 with messages "Corrupted file uploaded" and "Multiple errors occurred. Please see the details for more information."

Fix: A correction for this issue was created and it will be available to you via SAP Datasphere Wave 2026.11
Please see SAP Note 2984828 - SAP Datasphere Release & Delivery Schedule regarding the planned availability of the fix. 

As global deployment usually takes 24 hours, you may plan to test the fix one day later. 

Workaround: Until the fix is delivered, SAP Case can be created on DS-DM component with the tenant url and screenshot about the error. After that the Development team can assist with the manual steps. How to create new SAP Case - please follow KBA 2854764 - Guidelines for SAP Datasphere Incidents
