3747749 - Alignment Not Saved in Manage Banners inside Talent Intelligence Hub

Symptom

When trying to change "left" or "right" as alignment of the banner text for Growth Portfolio in the system, the text shows on the left, no matter what we select.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub


Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log into SuccessFactors
  2. Navigate to Manage Talent Intelligence Hub
  3. Select Manage Banners
  4. Locate a banner and select the pencil icon
  5. Select Next
  6. Select Next
  7. In the Alignment dropdown, select Right > Sample image doesn't update
  8. Select Next
  9. Select Next
  10. Select Save > OK
  11. In Enable select it
  12. Select Save
  13. Go to Growth Portfolio page
  14. See the banner, the text is in the left side
