3747750 - RF physical inventory counting: "product is not assigned to party entitled to dispose (/scwm/rf_de270)" in rf screen – s/4hana cloud public edition

• An error occurs while processing physical inventory through the RF screen when scanning the material and batch.
• Error message: "Product is not assigned to party entitled to dispose (/SCWM/RF_DE270)."
• The issue is observed when materials have leading zeros in the material number.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Create a Physical Inventory document using the app: Create Inventory Documents – Physical Inventory.
2. Log in to the RF app.
3. Navigate to 05 Internal Process -> 01 Inventory Counting -> 02 Inventory Counting Manually.
4. Enter the warehouse order number, then scan the material and batch (the error appears at this step).

Warehouse data for the product was not maintained in Extended Warehouse Management.

1. Log on to the launchpad as the user's role for warehouse operations (EWM).
2. Open Warehouse Monitor (/SCWM/MON).
3. In the left hierarchy, choose Product Master Data > Warehouse Attribute.
4. In dialog /SCWM/SAPLPROD_OVERVIEW, enter the product number in Basic Attributes and select “Only Prods W/o Whse Data” in Additional Options, then choose Execute.
5. In the Warehouse Attributes area, select the product(s) and choose More Methods > Mass Change/Create.
6. In the Warehouse Data section, maintain as applicable: Putaway Control Indicator, Stock Removal Control Indicator, Bulk Storage Indicator, Cycle Counting Indicator, Process Type Determination Indicator, then choose Execute.
7. Confirm the changes and retry the RF inventory counting process.
