Symptom

  • There is a requirement to connect the new hire record with the new Employee ID in Onboarding.
  • Attempting to update the record via Manage Data > I-9 Audit Trail does not resolve the issue.
  • When trying to make corrections, the system throws the following error:
    "You can't change the value of Data Subject field user in object definition I9AuditTrail."
