3747774 - Sales Data fields not displaying code and description inside Accounts

The Sales Area-related fields are not allowing the display combination of Code + Description.

The affected fields are:

• Sales Organization
• Sales Group
• Sales Office

Currently, the system displays only the description. Via Adaptation Mode, the value for those fields cannot be changed to 'Code and Value' as well.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to Customers > Accounts.
2. Open an Account.
3. Go to Sales Data facet.
4. See the fields/columns Sales Organization, Sales Group and Sales Office shows only the description.
5. Click on Menu Profile > Start Adaptation (if available).
6. Click on one of the values for the mentioned fields.
7. Click to go inside Value menu via Adaptation Mode.
8. See there is no option to change it to 'Code and Value'.
9. It is desired to show both code and description.

As those Sales Area fields are not inherently a list field, the Code List will not be available for them. Hence, it is not possible to change the Sales Organization, Sales Group and Sales Office via Code List.

Since they are not a 'List Field' but an 'OVS Field', is currently not possible to display both Code and Value.
