3747779 - SAP Analytics Cloud story hangs or times out in View/Display mode but opens in Edit mode in SAP IBP Manage Analytics Stories

• SAP Analytics Cloud stories opened from SAP Integrated Business Planning using the Manage Analytics Stories application may fail to load in View/Display mode.
• The affected story may remain stuck on “Analytics story is loading...” or “Loading your story” for a long time, and the loading may eventually end with a timeout or “Session Ended” message.
• The same story may load successfully when opened in Edit mode.
• The behavior may be intermittent and can vary between users, browsers, machines, or different execution times.
• In some cases, the browser console may show an error similar to:
  • “Uncaught (in promise) TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'getStringByKey')”
