3747788 - Manage Job Profiles Page Will Not Load When Selecting a Role in New Experience

Symptom

After the 1H2026 release with the New Experience for Manage Job Profiles, clicking on a role will not load the page.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Job Profile Builder

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log into SuccessFactors
  2. In the global search, type Manage Job Profiles
  3. Select a role
  4. The page doesn't load and provides a prompt asking if you want to wait for the page to load or exit the page
    • If you choose Wait, the page will not load and eventually provides the prompt again
    • If you choose Exit Page, you receive an error are brought back to the Manage Job Profiles page

Workaround

Turn off the New Experience for Manage Job Profiles. Please note the page will load but may be slow.
