Symptom

Report "Poland SAF-T – Accounting Ledgers PD (PL_SAFT_KR_PD)" shows status "Generation Failed" with error:

"There is missing customization for the GLAccount XYZ".

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open the Statutory reports app.
  2. Search for the report "Poland SAF-T – Accounting Ledgers PD (PL_SAFT_KR_PD)".
  3. Start the report run.
  4. Observe that the run status is "Generation Failed" and the error "There is missing customization for the GLAccount XYZ" is shown.

Cause

Missing configuration.

Resolution

  1. Review and complete the required configuration for SAF-T Accounting Ledgers PD. Refer to: Making Additional Settings for SAF-T Accounting Ledgers PD.
  2. Rerun the "Poland SAF-T – Accounting Ledgers PD (PL_SAFT_KR_PD)" report and confirm the status is successful.
