3747829 - Clock in Clock Out Group does not appear in in Job Information selection

• You have created a new Clock In Clock Out Group
• In Job Information portel, the picklist option for Clock in Clock Out Group shows all the other groups but not the new one.

• SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking

1. Go to the Check Tool
2. At the System Health tab, check Clock In Clock Out Groups are synchronized
3. Make sure the new clock in clock out group does not appear in the errors.

The Clock In Clock Out Groups should be replicated to Employee Central. If the Clock In Clock Out Group created appears with synchronization errors in the check tool, it will not be available for selection.
