3747844 - Different Plan Quantity/Total Plan Cost in App "Production Cost Summarization - Event-Based" - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Amounts of Plan Quantity/Total Plan Cost show correct in the app "Order Cost Details - Event-Based" but different in the app "Production Cost Summarization - Event-Based".

The actual cost may happen during one period (such as 004/2026) but plan cost may be maintained as cross period (such as 003/2026-005/2026). 
If the parameters 'Fiscal Year From' and 'Fiscal Year To' in the app "Production Cost Summarization - Event-Based" were set according to actual cost period, part of the plan cost will not be included. 

The default parameters 'Fiscal Year From' and 'Fiscal Year To' in the app "Order Cost Details - Event-Based" is during 001/1900 and 012/9999, hence the costs of all the periods are included. 

Adjust the parameters 'Fiscal Year From' and 'Fiscal Year To' to include all the periods for plan cost.
