3747853 - Event reasons missing in dropdown in Compensation Information on Latest People Profile - 1H 2026

In Latest People Profile, the Event/Event Reason dropdown in Compensation Information does not show if event reasons is configured with Employee Status set to "Active". The same event reasons are visible in Job Information.

1. Go to any user profile in Latest People Profile.
2. Navigate to Job Information History and insert a new record; verify relevant events/event reasons are available in the Event dropdown.
3. Navigate to Compensation Information History and insert a new record; observe that the same events/event reasons are missing from the Event dropdown.
4. Note that event reasons with Employee Status = "Active" are not available.

This is known issue.

1. The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on May 12, 2026 for preview environments and May 15, 2026 for production environment.
2. Workaround (until the fix is applied): disable "Latest Editing UI for Latest People Profile" in Configure Latest People Profile > General Settings to restore the missing event reasons in Compensation Information.
