Error occurs during upload or assignment of custom XSDs for non-standard EDI message types via the Partner Profile UI. The process fails with the following exception:

java.lang.RuntimeException: Resource 'pd:SAP_TPM_931967b7bb322d309a7a8a33884a49a8:SOURCE_MSG_XSD:Binary' not found in Partner Directory
