After enabling the Latest People Profile, the Event field no longer displays any value for Future Hire. The user is Hired from Onboarding 2.0 > MPH > Employee Central.

1. Create a future-dated hire via Onboarding.
2. Open the user’s Latest People Profile (PPX) and navigate to Job Information History.
3. Observe that the “Event” field value is not displayed.

• Engineering have confirmed that this defect will be resolved via the scheduled patch PTCH-49744 (1H2026p3) on 5th May 2026 in Preview environments. The fix for production instances will be with the 1H 2026 release scheduled on 15th May 2026.
• Workaround: in Configure Latest People Profile, disable the option “Enable the latest Editing and History UI for Employee Central HRIS entities on Full Profile”.
