• Onboarding 1.0 dropdown is not visible after the 1H 2026 release.
• SAP User experience updates is enabled in Company Logo & Settings Page

1. Navigate to Onboarding 1.0
2. Notice you cannot access pages like settings, security, document center

1. Engineering are investigating on this
2. SAP User Experience changes the look of SuccessFactors, you can disable this in company logo and settings page
3. OR alternative workaround:
4. Enable the Onboarding 1.0 account option NotHideTopBarMenu and set it to True in the super admin.
5. Save the change, refresh the browser, and if necessary clear cache and cookies.
6. Verify that the Onboarding 1.0 menu items now display horizontally (instead of a dropdown) and are accessible.
7. If super admin access is not available, contact support and provide approval to add the NotHideTopBarMenu option on the account.
8. If the issue persists after applying the workaround, refer to the linked note and provide additional details to support.
