3747936 - The Physical Inventory document cannot be created for the storage bin in storage type 820

When searching the storage bin in storage type 820 in Create Inventory Documents - Physical Inventory app, the physical inventory document cannot be created with the following message:

• Selection produced no results (see log for details)
• Message no. /SCWM/PI_APPL038

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open Create Inventory Documents - Physical Inventory app.
2. Input the storage bin in storage type 820 and select the "Physical inventory Procedure" as HL.
3. Choose Execute

Storage type S820 is a standard storage type for quality area. The stock under this storage type has stock type Q and is under quality inspection. Therefore, S820 is not enabled for physical inventory by design.

It is intended that storage type S820 is not enabled for physical inventory, and enabling the physical inventory area for S820 is not supported in the current cloud system.
