3747940 - Decimal number parsing Issue in sap.m.Input due to locale-specific decimal separator

Symptom

  • When entering an integer value such as "10" in the sap.m.Input field, the value is correctly updated and working correctly.
  • When entering a decimal number (for example, 0.50), the field value becomes undefined and is not read in the JSON model.
  • The input uses sap.ui.model.type.Float with min/maxFractionDigits and is bound to a JSON model.
