There is a stuck queue in "Warehouse Monitor" app, which blocks the Goods Receipt of the inbound delivery.

Cause

There is a shortage for the stock at the issue plant and storage location.

Resolution

Raise the stock at the issue plant and storage location, and re-execute the stuck queue in "Warehouse Monitor" app.
