3748031 - “Download All” option downloads only up to 10 documents in Onboarding despite more documents being available - Onboarding

When a candidate completes the document signing process and selects the “Download all” option, not all signed documents are downloaded.

• Only up to 10 documents are downloaded
• Additional documents (e.g., total of 16) are not included in the download
• This occurs even though all documents are successfully signed and available in the system

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Complete the e-signature process for all assigned onboarding documents.
2. Ensure more than 10 documents are available and signed.
3. From the Onboarding Checklist, click “Download all”.
4. Observe that only up to 10 documents are actually downloaded and the rest are not included.

This is a known issue.

• Currently, when triggering downloads for multiple files together (for example, more than 3–4 files in a single action), not all files may download successfully. This behavior is related to browser-level restrictions rather than an issue with the API or application UI itself.
• Modern browsers intentionally restrict or throttle multiple automatic downloads, as such actions can sometimes be treated as potential spam or malicious activity. Depending on the browser and user settings, browsers may block, limit, or prompt for multiple downloads triggered in quick succession.
• As a workaround, please use individual file downloads instead of downloading all files together in one action.
• Additionally, the Engineering team has already created a code correction for this issue, and the fix is currently planned for delivery in the 2H 2026 release cycle.
