• What it does: Deletes in-progress forms that belong to users who have become inactive.
• Affects: Both PM forms and 360 forms, as long as the inactive user is the form owner.

• What it does: Deletes completed forms that belong to users who have become inactive.
• Affects: Both PM and 360 forms, as long as the inactive user is the form owner.

• What it does: Deletes 360 evaluation forms that are still in in-progress or pending status, specifically those where the inactive user is the form owner. 
• Affects: Applies only to 360 evaluation documents.
