3748070 - Enabling SAP User Experience causes blank language settings page for External Users - SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Symptom

  • Activating SAP User Experience leads to error in language setting in Onboarding
  • Candidates see a blank language settings page

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2605

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Enable the SAP User Experience in Company Logo & Settings.
  2. Log in as an external onboarding user (candidate).
  3. Navigate to the user’s Settings and choose the Change Language option.
  4. Observe that the page loads blank and the language cannot be changed.

Cause

This is a Known Issue.

Resolution

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed with the patch 1H 2026 P4, which has a tentative release date of 12th May. For patch timelines, please review SAP SuccessFactors Patches Knowledge Base
