3748131 - Application errors being received by Users when trying to access Applications on Job Requisitions.

All Operators receive an application error with a different fingerprint eachtime, when they try to access the Candidate count on a Job Requisition.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Proxy as one of the Job Req Operators
2. Navigate to the Job Requisitions Dashboard page.
3. Try to click the Candidate number on a Requisition
4. An application error is received preventing you from accessing the applications on that Requisition
5. If you change the system language to any other language, you can access the applications without issue.

The issue is caused by duplicate candidate tags in the same language as the one being used by the system to generate the error.

Engineering are aware of this issue and have set the 1H 2026 Release of Friday May 15th as the Release date for the Code Fix into the issue.
