3748144 - Cannot add custom fields to mass change excel for purchase contracts (SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition)

When downloading the Excel from the app, the error appears: "The database column 'YY1_MASTERID_PDH' is unknown. Please contact your business process configuration expert."

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open Manage Your Solution.
2. Go to SSCUI 103528 Settings for Excel-based Data Exchange.
3. Select the Business Object for purchase contracts.
4. Select the Worksheet and Worksheet description, then choose Edit.
5. Add a custom field (for example, YY1_MASTERID_PDH) to the worksheet mapping and save.
6. Open the app Mass Changes to Purchase Contracts.
7. Start a download of the Excel template; the error is shown: "The database column 'YY1_MASTERID_PDH' is unknown. Please contact your business process configuration expert."

The mass change Excel only supports fields exposed by the view C_PURCHASECONTRACTMASSUPDT and its corresponding item view; custom fields are not supported.

1. In SSCUI 103528, remove any custom fields you added to the purchase contract worksheet configuration.
2. Ensure only fields provided by the view C_PURCHASECONTRACTMASSUPDT (and its item equivalent) are included in the worksheet.
3. Save the configuration and retry the Excel download from the Mass Changes to Purchase Contracts app to confirm it works without custom fields.
