3748239 - [PTP] Cost Center Replication within Employee Cost Assignment Portlet

Cost Centers entered in the Employee Cost Assignment portlet in Employee Central are not being replicated to Employee Central Payroll. Specifically, Infotypes 0001 and 0027 are not being correctly updated with the KOSTL (Cost Center) data when using Point-to-Point (PTP) replication.
