Symptom
- Attempting to export from the Work Center OWL to Excel fails.
- Browser error: ERR_NETWORK_IO_SUSPENDED.
Environment
- SAP Cloud for Customer
- SAP ByDesign
Reproducing the Issue
- Open the work center and navigate to the OWL (list) view.
- Choose Export > Export to Excel.
- Observe that the export fails with the stated errors.
Cause
- Excel export limitation: exporting more than 10,000 records is not supported; export attempts with larger datasets can fail or run into memory/resource issues.
Resolution
- Apply filters in the UI to reduce the number of records below 10,000.
- Re-run Export > Export to Excel from the OWL.
