3748279 - Classifier count discrepancy across users in Classification Workspace for SAP Incentive Management

Symptom

Different users observe different classifier record counts within the Classification Workspace for the same classifier type, category, and period.
The discrepancy is visible when comparing results across users or while using proxy access. Despite the inconsistent counts, no error messages or warnings are displayed in the UI.
