3748307 - Info Message from Custom Logic Visible in API Payload but Missing in Case UI

Symptom

  • When creating a subcase, an information message triggered by custom logic (intended to warn users against selecting a specific Case Type) is present in the network trace response but fails to render in the User Interface (UI).
  • The API returns a 200 OK status with the message "Please do not select Customer Service Case Type" under the info details, yet the user receives no visual notification.
