Symptom

  • Real-time stuck on starting mode.
  • After installation, cannot start realtime services.
  • Batch jobs are running find in the new install, only not able to start real-time jobs.
  • Access server error:  (14.4) 04-29-26 13:27:47 (E) (10306:1560254016) Unknown: ERROR: Could not launch Job "real time job name" at "job server:port". Check if the Job Server is running. (BODI-300048)
  • Access server error:  (14.4) 04-29-26 13:27:47 (E) (10306:1560254016) Unknown: ERROR: Cannot execute al_engine."install directory/dataservices/bin/al_engine" -NOracle -Q<repo> -Kserver -Kport1521 -Kversion19.0
