3748362 - Run Now in Integration Center fails with application error: "An application error occurred. Please try again later, or notify support"

When selecting Run Now on a REST integration in Integration Center, the system shows:

• “An application error occurred. Please try again later, or notify support (with the error information of errorId=xxxxxx-xxxx-xxxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxx, timestamp=2026-xx-xxT00:00.000+0000, and the version information from the current screen) if the issue keeps occurring.”
• Backend internal server logs for Product Support error details include: VaultCredentialNotFoundException and VaultResponseException: 404

• SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
• Integration Center

1. Open Integration Center and locate the affected integration job.
2. Open the job and select Run Now.
3. Observe the application error.

The Integration Center is unable to locate the required target URL, resulting in a 404 client exception.

1. Go to Security Center > Destination Settings.
2. Edit and re-save the existing REST Destination (no changes required), or create a new REST Destination with the same settings.
3. In Integration Center, open the job, select the updated/new Destination, and save the job to create a new version.
4. Run the job again and verify.
5. If the job uses a Calculated URI, temporarily test without the Calculated URI to rule out URI calculation issues.
