Symptom

  • Revenue schedule in Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) shows no invoiced amount for a contract/performance obligation although an SD billing document exists.
  • The SD billing item has VBRP-FARR_RELTYPE flaffed (relevant to RAR).
  • No entry exists for the item in table FARR_D_INVOICE.
  • Open items remain on the unbilled receivables G/L and do not clear after the contract period ends.
  • No specific error message is displayed.
