Symptom
- Activity not visible on planning list due to missing service call status
- An activity created cannot be dispatched.
- The dispatching board does not display the activities in the activities view, preventing them from being dragged onto the timeline for dispatch.
- No planning scenario or filters are set, yet the activities are not visible on the dispatching board.
