DRC Mexico: Natur field is empty in the Mexico Chart of Accounts Reporting (MX_CHTACCTS_DCL).

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.

1. Open the Statutory Reports app.
2. Search for the report “Mexico Chart of Accounts Reporting (MX_CHTACCTS_DCL)”.
3. Run the report.
4. In the generated XML output, observe that the Natur attribute is empty.

Missing description for the node where the G/L account is maintained in the Financial Statement Version (FSV). The system derives the Natur value from the first letter of that node’s description.

1. Identify the Financial Statement Version (FSV) used by the Mexico Chart of Accounts report.
2. Open the FSV for editing.
3. Locate the node where the affected G/L account is assigned.
4. Maintain a meaningful description for this node, ensuring the first letter corresponds to the expected Natur value.
5. Save and activate (if applicable) the FSV changes.
6. Rerun the Mexico Chart of Accounts report (MX_CHTACCTS_DCL) and verify that the Natur attribute is populated in the XML output.
