3748399 - Task Management Overview shows blank dashboard when enabled and no tasks are assigned

• The new Task Management Overview for Onboarding is enabled, but the Dashboard is blank.
• Necessary permissions have been confirmed and the toggle in Onboarding General Settings is enabled
• No error messages are displayed.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Go to the Onboarding Dashboard and confirm that tasks are visible in the Onboarding Dashboard.
2. Open Manage Tasks to access the new Task Management Overview.
3. Observe that the new Dashboard appears blank.

• The signed-in user does not have any pending tasks assigned in the new Task Management Overview.
• This behavior is expected and is not dependent on permissions.

• Confirm that the Task Management Overview switch is enabled in Onboarding General Settings.
• Verify whether the signed-in user has at least one pending task assigned.
• Proxy as a responsible user who has a pending task and open the new Task Management Overview to validate that tasks appear.
• If needed, assign a test pending task to the intended user and recheck the new Task Management Overview.
