3748402 - Error when importing insurance Benefit with Proof of Good Health: "XXXX doesn't support automatic enrollment creations because Proof of Good Health is enabled for this benefit plan. Only enrollment updates are supported." - Employee Central

When trying to create a new enrollment for an employee in an insurance benefit via import or tracker job, the following error is shown:

"XXXX doesn't support automatic enrollment creations because Proof of Good Health is enabled for this benefit plan. Only enrollment updates are supported." 

Note: XXXX will show as the benefit Name

SuccessFactors Employee Central: Global Benefits

1. Prepare the Zip File for Insurance Enrollment Import;
2. Validate or import the file
3. See the error message on the job response.

Creating Enrollment for Insurance with Proof of Good Health is not supported via import or auto-enrollment job, as this is an employee-declared feature.  Only updates are supported via import or tracker jobs. 

The only supported way of creating an Enrollment for an employee into an Insurance with Proof of Good Health is via UI. 

We understand this standard limitation can be frustrating for the customers, so we strongly recommend submitting an enhancement request specifically about it. This is the best way of giving visibility for customers' ideas, as other customers can also vote on them.
