3748453 - Monitor Material Coverage app does not consider BSF type PIRs

Symptom

The Fiori app “Monitor Material Coverage” does not display any shortages for materials with MRP strategy 11 (Gross Requirements Planning), even though there are clear shortages in MD04. The expected behavior is that PIRs (MRP Element Data = BSF) should be recognized as demand and shortages should be displayed accordingly.
